Weekly 40-minute 1:1 coaching, plus group mentorship calls.

All-Access Mentorship — $3,000/mo

Direct access by phone, text, or email — plus group mentorship calls.

Includes the same implementation vault as One-on-One.
LICENSING

The Flourish Method License

To protect the integrity of the method and keep it taught consistently, an annual license is required to practice under the Flourish Method name.

• Continued rights to use The Flourish Method
• Quarterly check-ins and provider training calls
• Continued access to the implementation vault (SOPs, workflows, templates, consent forms, and more), always kept up to date
• Access to all current and future training modules
• Recognition & marketing as an official Flourish Method Partner
• Referral opportunities from patients seeking a trained provider nationwide

Your first year is waived. From year two, the license is required for every provider, and any mentorship tier can be added on.
