This policy explains what information Flourish Academy, LLC ("Flourish Academy," "we," "us") collects through flourishacademy.learnworlds.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• What you give us: name, email, phone, account login, and the details you share in your application (license type, states licensed, years in practice, practice name and location, mentorship tier, and your answers to our questions).
• Payment information: handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.
• Course activity: courses accessed, progress, quiz results and messages sent through the Site.
• Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookie Policy).

2. No patient information

The Site is not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not submit any patient-identifying information through the Site, forms or messages.

3. How we use your information

• To review applications and communicate with you about them
• To create and manage your account and deliver courses and mentorship
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send program updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it
• To protect the Site and comply with the law

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the Site and program, such as our learning platform (LearnWorlds), payment processor, email tools and analytics (Google Analytics). They may use it only to provide services to us.
• If required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, with notice to you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as needed for the program, legal, tax and record-keeping purposes.

6. Your choices

• Update your account details anytime in your profile.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@flourishmedicalwellness.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal record-keeping needs.
• Manage cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act. To make a request, email hello@flourishmedicalwellness.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
